It is an adaptation of philosophies and techniques such as, Healing Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Martial Arts (only the art), Transcendental pure Meditation, Pilates, Physiotherapy, Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Tao Philosophy, Shamanism… far from religions, sects, politics, social beliefs… Only in direct connection with the Universe.
